Daniel Appiah-Kubi ( BBA, MBA, LLB, ACIB, CAT, AIPFM, AFA) is the CEO of FOSPA VISION INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION. He is an old student of Kumasi academy. He completed Christian Service University with degree in accounting from the University of Ghana -Legon. He completed his master's degree from Sikkim Manupal University- India. He has completed his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London. He is also a chartered banker with experience in the banking industry. He holds various qualifications in financial management from UK. He decided to join this NGO when he was in Senior High School. Mrs. Ivy A. Acheampong is the founder of FOSPA VISION INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION. She is an old student of Kings College SHS and graduated with Diploma in Business Administration from Excel College-Kumasi. She is Currently the CEO of AiDAC CONSULT, a firm that offer capacity training for the informal sector. Samuel Boateng Nkansah (BSc, CIM) is currently the Northern Sector Manager for APEX  HEALTH INSURANCE. He holds his degree in Bsc Business Administration, Banking and Finance, He is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing-UK, and he is a Certified Credit Administrator, National Banking. 
He has been appointed as the Programmes Manger for FOSPA VISION INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION-Ghana.
